Filling [1]
- Milk 300 ml
- White chocolate 300 g
- Wheat flour 300 g
- Condensed milk 60 g
- Two spoonfuls Almond Powder
- A spoonful of butter
- A tsp lime
- Gelatine (flour:gelatine = 100:3)
Put 1-6 in a pan and mix it over low heat when it starts to thicken put 9 g melted gelatine, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, lime and mix it, put on plastic wrap and put in refrigerater, after solidified, whipping in mixer.

- Room temperature butter 20g
- Sugar 60g
- 4 Eggs
- [B]
- Wheat flour 500 g with yeast 5 g
- Milk
- Vinegar 2 drops
- Additional
- Lemon zest
- Cinnamon coffee with coffee powder
- Chocolate
Mix [A] in mixer, take another bowl, add milk to flour in stages, until [B] becomes cotton, add vinegar to make it fermentation.
Add [B] to [A], mixed well, bake for 40 minutes.
