Well, 甘納豆(あまなっとう) - Ama-natto (sweetened beans) is a traditional food in Japan, and 涼圓 - Cold Tapioca Pearl is a traditional food in Taiwan, after reviewed those recipes, I think we can transform ama-natto to code tapioca. Let’s try it ;D
Recipe

1.Mix 150g sweet potato powder,45g cornstarch powder and 40g sugar.


2.Add 40c.c. cold water and stir evenly, then add 1200c.c. 85°C hot water and stir evenly, then heat the powder slurry with water until it is slightly thick.

3.Cover ama-natto in it, Steam over high heat for about 5 minutes.

4.Put in cold water.

- Why your tapioca pearls are brown?
It’s cinnamon, I put cinnamon in powder ;P
