Ingredients
- Butter 75 g
- Sugar 80 g
- Egg 1
- Low-gluten flour 150 g
- Milk 1 tsp
- Whiskey 2 tsp
- Lavender, verbena, lemon peel
- Almond
- Deep herb in whiskey and put in fridge.
- Put the butter at room temperature and add sugar to beat.
- Mixed egg and put to 2 separately.
- Add 1, 3 and flour softly.
- Put almond on each dough and 200°c bake for 15 minutes.
